The Day of Freedom Defenders – January 13.

You are invited to mark the Day of Freedom Defenders by a global civic initiative “The Memory is alive because it proclaims”

The International Commission for the Evaluation of the Crimes of the Nazi and Soviet Occupation Regimes in Lithuania invites Lithuanian educational institutions, state institutions and organizations as well as all the people of good will to mark a civic victory over the aggressor twenty-eight years ago and to join the civic initiative “The Memory is alive because it proclaims”.

We invite everyone, all over Lithuania, together on January 11, 2019 at 8.00 a.m. to light the candles of unity and remembrance for 10 minutes in the windows.
